After you log in to the OntarioLearn portal, go to the [My Courses] area on your portal desktop and click on the connect to [Blackboard] or the connect to [D2L/Brightspace] button that is located beside your course information. This will open a new browser window and automatically connect you to the platform where your course is located.
Failure to automatically connect to the platform may be due the availability of your platform account, your web browser settings or some other technical issue. Contact the Help Desk for assistance and they will escalate the issue for correction.
