If your email address was provided and the "Forgot Portal Password" function is enabled, you can have a new portal password generated and sent to you.

STEP 1 - Go to the OntarioLearn.com Portal login page (https://www.ontariolearn.com/ and click [Log In]) and click on the "Forgot Portal Password?" link.

STEP 2 - Enter your email address. Your new portal password will be emailed to you.

STEP 3 - Check your email INBOX to retrieve your new portal password.

STEP 4 - Return to the OntarioLearn.com Portal login page and attempt your login using your new portal password.

If the email address you entered is not found, please contact the Help Desk for assistance to re-set your password.
