For security purposes, all users are required to change their OntarioLearn Portal account password as soon as they make their initial connection to the system.

Your new password must be a minimum of 11 characters and contain a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

You can change this password again at anytime.  

STEP 1 - Login to the OntarioLearn Portal and click on [Profile] at the top of the screen.

STEP 2 - Enter your current password, enter your new password and re-enter your new password".

STEP 3 - Click "Update User Information" to save the change.

STEP 4 - To exit the [Profile] area, select [Home] at the top of the screen.

REMEMBER:

• Write down your new password and use your new password for all subsequent login attempts.
• Choose a new password you can easily remember.
• You need to [Logout] of the OntarioLearn Portal for your new password to take affect.
